Lavender Essential Oil

ACTIVE PRINCIPLES/EFFECTS

Lavender is highly appreciated for its intense scent, it has numerous qualities that make it a valuable ingredient for cosmetics. The essential oil tones the skin, brightens the face and reduces impurities, pimples and acne.

Lavender essential oil has the following cosmetic properties:

• Soothing and anti-inflammatory on the skin: lavender oil helps to de-redness the skin and heal the tissues even in the case of burns, abrasions and cuts.
• Anti-acne and oily skin: thanks to the antiseptic and antibacterial properties of lavender oil, you can counteract local inflammation due to acne, pimples and blackheads.
• Against burns, dermatitis and itchiness: in this case, the soothing action of lavender will act by relieving itching on the skin, anti-inflammatory in case of burns, erythema and dermatitis.
  
  
  

METHOD OF USE / ADVICE

• Pure on the skin: in this case just a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil directly on the skin to benefit from the extraordinary soothing properties. In this case, avoid the pure use of this oil on particularly inflamed skin. Always avoid application on mucous membranes or open wounds
• Diluted in creams and masks: dilute up to 5/6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in Rosa Mosqueta Day Face Cream, Cornflower Night Face Cream, or No Age Day / Night Face Cream and apply on the face or on the specific areas to be treated, twice per day. Dilute 6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in Global Mask, apply to the skin for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
• In addition to facial tonics: for 100 ml of facial tonic you can add twenty drops of Lavender Essential Oil.

WARNINGS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use in children under 3 years of age. Dermatologically tested. Not tested on animals. External use. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes.
