METHOD OF USE / ADVICE

Apply the Naturgel roll-on directly on the part of the body to be treated, perform a light circular massage with the sphere for about 1 minute and complete the treatment with a light manual massage. The immediate hot-cold sensation will make you feel immediate effectiveness. The product absorbs quickly and is not greasy.
