Prices
The prices displayed in the Luna Calante S.r.l. are indicated including VAT. Product prices may be updated. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
Billing
Each order will be issued with a delivery note, which can be used as a document certifying the validity of the guarantee. At the specific request of the Customer at the time of the order, it is possible to issue an invoice which in this case will replace the normal delivery note.

All products offered and sold by Luna Calante S.r.l. and each item available on beautyspeaker.it is covered by the official guarantee of Luna Calante S.r.l. The original products bearing the Luna Calante S.r.l. are owned by Luna Calante S.r.l.
No page or content of this Site may be reproduced without prior written authorization.
Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and we will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products we sell.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Luna Calante S.r.l. within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products displayed may not fully correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Right of withdrawal
Luna Calante S.r.l. allows the return service (for orders placed from Italy) with its own courier or with the costs borne by the buyer.
We consider it extremely important that the customer Luna Calante S.r.l. can feel completely satisfied with the choice made.
If in the unfortunate event that products that do not comply with the requirements are delivered, you can return the purchased product, without having used it, within 10 days from the delivery date.
The only conditions we require of you are inherent to the product: it must not have been used; therefore it must be intact, must not have suffered any kind of damage, and still be equipped with its original packaging.
